The Toyota 4Runner BBK is a compact, later mid-size sport utility vehicle produced by the Japanese manufacturer Toyota and sold throughout the world from 1984 to present. In Japan, it is known as the Toyota Hilux Surf which was withdrawn from the market in 2009. The original 4Runner was a compact SUV and little more than a Toyota pickup truck with a fiberglass shell over the bed, but the model has since undergone significant independent development into a cross between a compact and a mid-size SUV. All 4Runners have been built in Japan at Toyota's plant in Tahara, Aichi, or at the Hino Motors (a Toyota subsidiary) plant in Hamura.
For Southeast Asia the Hilux Surf was replaced in 2005 by the similar Fortuner, which is based on the Hilux platform.
As of 2014, the 4Runner is sold in the United States, Bolivia, Canada, Central America, Bahamas, Ecuador, Peru, Chile and Venezuela.
The 4Runner BBK came in at number five in a 2019 study by iSeeCars.com ranking the longest-lasting vehicles in the US. The 4Runner had 3.9 percent of vehicles over 200,000 miles (320,000 km), according to the study.[1]

craft: Forged
Plane Bounce:<0.03mm
Material:
1,Disc:High Carbon Iron
2,Center Hub: Aerial 6061 Aluminum Alloy
ROTOR SPECS:
2-piece floating rotors with 6061-T6 aerospace grade alloy hat.
Fully balanced from the factory
Rotor ring in FC30 cast iron with anti corrosion coating.
Drilled / slotted / drilled and slotted rotor ring available at no extra cost.
(We advise drilled for street and slotted only for track and race applications)
Curved vanes ventilation for optimal cooling.
Full-floating rotors use floating hardware with anti-rattle system (removable and rebuildable).
It provides a lower tendency to warp, less drag and wear as the rotor ring centers itself with the pads.
Available for 330mm rotors and bigger only.
The semi-floating rotor uses standard bolts instead and the rotor is fixed on the hat.
Custom rotor hat anodized color
Brackets/Adapters
Material: Aerial 6061 Aliminum Alloy
Craft: CNC
Brake Hose/Brake line
Material: Inside teflon, Braided Stainless steel mid layer ,Protective outer PVC weather proof shell
Our brake kit is supplied with a Goodridge Style Brake line kit with stainless lines; consisting of a PTFE inner and stainless steel braided outer to eliminate the spongy feel of original rubber hoses, provide superior resistance to corrosion, and offer consistent braking performance.
WARRANTY:
10 years on calipers casting, caliper parts, and seals.
2 years on mounting hardware and brackets.
Lifetime Warranty on brake lines. DOT approved
10,000km / 3 months on rotors.
The number of pots of the calipers will also play a role in term of pressure applied on the pads to make the contact as good as possible on the rotors. In order to fit the caliper on your original chassis, TEI Racing provides caliper brackets to position the calipers with your new braking system, making the perfect set up for your car brakes system.
Go fast and stop faster. TEI Racing Big Brake Kits provide you with serious braking power when you need it most. TEI Racing brake kits are offered for both the front and rear brakes with rotor sizes ranging from 285mm-405mm drilled or slotted or drilled and slotted, 2-6 piston Forged Monoblock aluminum caliper options, and custom colors. Stainless steel brake lines, brake pads, and all hardware are included for a direct bolt-on installation where no modifications are required.
TEI Racing Monoblock calipers are precision machined from aircraft quality billet aluminum and feature heavy duty aluminum pistons mated to temperature resistant seals. These high performance calipers are able to utilize a lightweight construction while providing dramatically increased braking performance. The rotors included in TEI Racing big brake kits features a two-piece design with drilled or slotted surfaces which help minimize fade and dissipate heat under the most extreme braking.
